CARVING: This pendant is hand carved in the form of a baby buddha. It has dual sided carving. The back has decorative circular carving style. This requires a lot of hand carving from a master jade carver.
The carving on this piece is exquisite and very detailed. You can see baby buddha's face very clearly as well as his/her meditating pose and hand posture.
JADE COLOR: The color is a light green and white. It is semi-translucent stone and allows light to shine through when held against the light or sun. This allows for a "glowing effect" when light reflects on the stone, which is beautiful under natural sunlight.
