Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges. Contact us and return items back to us within 30 days of delivery. The return/exchange request and the return of the items must happen within 30 days after delivery of the item. The items must be unused, in the same condition received, and with its original packaging. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the correct address but are subsequently stolen or lost. Please engage directly with the shipping carrier to resolve such issues.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To expedite the process, include photographic evidence of the damage and your order number in your communication. If the item has not been reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery, a return or exchange cannot be guaranteed for a damaged item. Please note, this policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Use of Package Reroute Services: To protect against fraud and ensure a smooth delivery process, we do not support or authorize the use of third-party package rerouting services (e.g., UPS My Choice or similar). If a package is rerouted during transit, the transaction becomes final, and eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or returns will be voided. If you require a shipping address change, please contact us directly before shipment for assistance. Once the package is in transit, any rerouting is at the customer’s risk.
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience and to ensure accurate tracking, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns; the label cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the buyer may be liable for any diminished value. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the returned item and all contents are packaged securely and shipped using the provided label so it arrives at the return address. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other carrier service costs are non-refundable, as these services have already been rendered by the shipping carrier.
