The pendant is carved in the form of the Chinese Zodiac - Dog. The beads above the pendant on the necklace are natural hand carved jadeite jade beads. They may not be perfectly round because they are hand carved. This gives the necklace a more rustic and natural stone like look.
The years of the Dog include 1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006, 2018, 2030, 2042...
