CARVING: This pendant is hand carved in the form of Guan Yin with nine dragons. There are 5 dragons on one side and 4 on the other side. Guan Yin is known as the "Goddess of Mercy." She is known to be a benevolent symbol that eases the pain and suffering of the world. She is a symbol of hope and kindness. In this carving, Guan Yin is depicted as standing and commanding the protection of five dragons. The dragons protect the wearer of this necklace, along with Guan Yin.

The carving on this piece is exquisite and very detailed. You can see Guan Yin's face very clearly as well as her stance and the dragons surrounding her. The other side of the pendant has four dragons surrounding a dragon ball.

JADE COLOR: This piece has beautiful light green tones with splashes of black in one area. It is semi-translucent stone and allows light to shine through when held against the light or sun.
