This is a high grade jadeite jade pendant necklace. It is exquisitely hand carved with great detail in the form of the CHinese Zodiac - Rabbit. The pendant is completely natural jade, un-dyed and in its natural form.
This piece is also semi-translucent, light can shine through the piece. Because this jade piece is semi-translucent, the jade piece will have a slight "glow" because semi-translucent jade is more reflective of light, a very beautiful effect.
The back of this pendant has a few rough edges on the bottom right of the pendant. This is from the natural stone texture and the hand carving process. It is very minor and unnoticeable when the necklace is worn. These small imperfections are what made hand carved jade unique! Each piece is slightly different and unique in its own way.
