CARVING: The pendant is exquisitely hand carved jade (one of a kind!) in the form of the Akasagarbha Buddha (Also known as Xu Kong Zang). The Aksagarbha buddha is the protector of the zodiac of tiger; one side of the pendant is carved with a tiger.

In his right hand he is holding a sword, representing wisdom. The buddha is known for wisdom and compassion, which are said to be as boundless as the sky. He is known to remove obstacles, help people recognize and overcome errors.
