CARVING: The pendant is exquisitely hand carved jade (one of a kind!) in the form of the Vairocana Buddha (Also known as Mahvairocana, Da Ri Ru Lai, ) and dragon. Vairocana Buddha is often interpreted as the historical Gautama Buddha. This piece depicts the Buddha meditating in the lotus position.
JADE COLOR: This jade piece has beautiful shades of green. This piece is semi-translucent as well; this means when held against the light, the light will partially shine through - a premium quality in jade because it gives the jade a "glow" under certain lighting such as natural light.
ADJUSTABLE NECKLACE: The necklace is adjustable - one size fits all!
